Since your interest lies in the future (assuming after 5-10 years) of CA let me answer your question in two prospects:
1) Future CA demand in India- Undoubtedly, there will always be a rising demand for CA professionals due to a growing number of companies in India. Once you get equivalency based on your certification, then you can apply for Masters in abroad.
But here is a catch, be sure that your accounting credits will be transferred to the abroad university. Most of the times accounting credits from Pak/India are not transfered due to the course's curriculum and GAAP & IAS differences.
In many cases, if you're a graduate you'll still be admitted in BS degree in foreign universities, specifically in when your majors is accounting.

You may get or may not, because it is quite different syllabus compare to India and abroad, and it also depends on your knowledge. You are interested in CA and how much experience do you have, on that basis you will be elected for job, and your marks also depend on it. Also, try to improve your knowledge about the topic in which you have interest. Get general information also, not only about books and take advices from your seniors, experts in CA. If you work hard from now, you will definitely achieve your goal. Everything is possible in this world.
