B.Com is degree course and CA is professional course. You can pursue both simultaneously as you wish to do. For B.Com you can apply in university or college and for CA you can apply in specific institute. For further details you can check it on site.

Hi,
An MBA is a post-graduate qualification and can be taken up only after you complete your graduation. It is usually a two-year program whereas the Chartered Accountancy CA is a professional degree that can be started after you finish your 12th standard. Good luck.

Studying abroad is a good idea, if you can afford it. If you are extremely tight on finance or does not have enough resources then you are better of studying in India, at a top school.

Both are good options. But, analyse your capabilities before deciding what to choose, CA might not be really that easy compared to M.Com. So it would depend on your self confidence.

Changing courses in between is not a great choice. It could have great issue in the future. I would suggest you to complete your current course and then proceed to something new, like cosmology.

It's hard to say. There are cases were students with way poor marks got into IIMs and some with better marks than you who didn't get admission, so it is hard to say.

Both are good options based on what you have given above. The later from reputed institutions is also a good option.
