Yes, it's possible. You have to give CA foundation test but since it is commerce related, you have to face difficulties. Good luck.

If you are an average student and do not want to take risk, the pursue B.Com and then you can continue pursuing CA. Else you can directly go with CA.

Go ahead with CA as it is the best option in the current scenario. Look at the long term, CA will be the best for you. There is no guarantee of anything but CA is yielding good results from many years.

If you are class 12th commerce student, then yes you are eligible for pursuing CA, but your open university course doesn't come into consideration, as CA comes after class 12th or after degree course.

There's no restriction as such. The only thing you need to take care is first of your attendance in the college. Second, pray that your exams in the college do not clash with the CA exams. Most of the students go for CA and B.Com regular so that's not much of an issue. You need to manage your time in such a way that you can give required attention to both the courses. Plus, if at all you go for coaching either for your graduation or CA then again time management is required.
