Definitely, B.Com (accounts and finance) is the best option if you have a keen interested to pursue your ambition is CA. Best colleges are Christ university, Sri Ram College of Commerce Delhi, Loyola Chennai, Miranda College, Delhi University, IP University.

It depends completely on your interest to choose further. If you like to pursue a career in Management, you will need yo have graduate degree and give entrance exam too CAT to enter IIMs). I hope it helps.

Neither is easy. The only plus point of ACCA is that they have way better pass rates when compared to CA which makes people pass easily. Otherwise, the syllabus of both the course is more or less the same. The time and effort for both the course is the same. ACCA is more flexible as it let's you study at your own pace. It has 4 exam sessions in a year and you can give single paper at a time.

No, Chartered Accountant CA qualifiers can't apply for UGC NET. To appear in this exam, you need to have a valid Post-Graduation degree passed with required percentage criteria i.e. 55% for General and 50% for ST/SC/PWD/OBC.
