You can directly go for articles, and therefore take IPCC after a period of 9 months, so that there is no need to give CPT. But, you should have strong subject knowledge for this, as you have not cleared IPCC group 1.

Both these have great demand and opportunities. It is fully based on your interest to choose any one. If you wish to take MBA, you should give CAT or MAT. If you wish to take CA, it would be best to pursue B.Com and later directly register for intermediate course of CA i.e, IPCC and continue it. Good luck.

CA is a professional course which is concerned to audit, accounting, taxation, etc. This course is of 3 stages-
1. Foundation also called as CPT (Common Proficiency Test)- Any student passed with 60% in their +2 can attempt this exam
2. IPCC- called as Integrated professional competence course is called intermediate level where after completing this one can be eligible for Articleship I.e, to work under an auditor for a period of 3 years.
3. CA-Final - this is the last stage in CA where the student who has successfully finished his articles for 2.5 years he can register for CA and appear for this But compared to foundation and interm
