Most of the IIMS and other good B schools prepare you for general management. They teach you the basic skills needed for each kind of management role, and then you are allowed to specialize in your desired stream later. This gives you a much broader exposure, while a CA restricts you more or less to an accounting role.

If you are Mentioning CA (Charted Accountant), then definitely, yes. As you'll have a knowledge about taxation and accountancy you can easily crack CA executive and final with your hard work. All the Best for your future.

You are a graduate. So, you can take a direct entry by registering to 2 stages of CA. That is Intermediate. If you need more information then contact ICAI website.

80 days: Full Study form Scratch + Assigning A, B, C Category for Practicals & for Theory papers Summaries for 3rd round in own hand writings.
40 days: Study for portion left in 1st round and A+B category only
30 days: Last Round Revision + MTP + Past Exam + RTP Solve
25 Hours: Day before Exam: Arrange time Schedule for Important at least 80% Syllabus. Give equal time to all papers and 23 days more to DT, LAW, and Writing Practice of at least 3 papers to be completed in 3 hours' time. Reading order: 1 Classwork topics, Module, PM.
