If you have not done Bachelor's degree, you have to write to them and ask them if CA qualification will be enough and will be considered as an undergraduate course or not.

Both the courses have their own value in market, so you can judge of any one course. You should think deeply within yourself in which part of commerce you like more. If you like accounts, then you should go with CA (chartered Accountancy), and if you like to pursue law, then go with CS (company secretary). It totally depends upon your interest. CS is someone who will take over the corporate governance of the company. Once you complete your CS, you will be treated as an authority of company laws and communication.
