Go for CA if you are really interested in commerce, accounts and tax. If you like to see business side go for MBA. Think what all subjects you liked during your college and decide accordingly.

CA is itself a highly decorative profession. You can easily seek a job into an MNC. However, if you still are interested in further upgrading yourself than you can go for MBA with specialisation into finance. It will give you a very good exposure into the management branch. This would be a synergistic combination for you.

Both Civil Services and CA are good career options with a lot of career growth opportunities. CA is recipe for an excellent Corporate career or individual practice with lots of money, challenges and satisfying career. But if you have social orientation and want to be change agent in society, Civil Services particularly IAS is the right career for you. You will have opportunities to frame and implement social and economiical changes. You can make impact in life of large number of people. You may choose any based on your personal orientation and area of interests.

According to me, MBA is more applicable in daily life. Pursuing MBA gives you flexibility in many fields in which CA alone would not be able to provide. Although CA is high salary job but the Job variations is more in MBA which helps you in discovering what's good for you according to your interest.
