CA is itself a highly decorative profession. You can easily seek a job into an MNC. However, if you still are interested in further upgrading yourself than you can go for MBA with specialisation into finance. It will give you a very good exposure into the management branch. This would be a synergistic combination for you.

You are not eligible to study CA after medical. You must have 12th commerce or at least mathematics as one of the main subjects.
