While there is no formula for getting a rank in professional exams like CA, because these exams are not designed to be predictable and it wants to somewhere assess the aspirants ability to understand concepts holistically. Having said that, when you build your subject-knowledge based on strong conceptual understanding you'll be in a position to write specific and directed answers to the questions asked. Also, you'll need to go through the suggested answer books, modules and RTPs to gauge the expectation of ICAI in terms of answers/solutions that the aspirants are required to provide. Keep swapping subjects after a few hours of study so that you don't get bored.Devote at least 10 -11 hours of dedicated study in a day and get up only once or twice during study hours.Focus more on the coverage of points and subject-knowledge applicability in suggested answers to formulate your style of answering. Your answers should depict your ability to be conceptually on top the subject. By following this I can't guarantee you a rank but surely your knowledge base would improve significantly and your chances of securing a rank would increase.

It will not be wrong to claim that Chartered Accountants life is usually full of challenges which certainly call for enormous courage and leadership skills. Chartered Accountancy is financially cheaper compared to other streams. It is thus open for students of various backgrounds. A lot of CA students have not had privileged education, such as students from government schools or smaller towns etc, or students who have studied in Hindi but appear for the exams in English. For these candidates, CA course is relatively tough.

There are no set correct answers to these questions. Please understand that the interviewers are veterans in interviewing and a not-so-genuine answer can be easily identified by them. Hence, the key lies in introspecting about your life and coming up with your life story that inspired you to do MBA. That would get you the answer to why MBA. Coming to short term goal and long term goal, short term goal can be to successfully graduating from top IIMs and long term can be to gain expertise in your favorite specialization (do your homework beforehand). Mentioning long term goal to be CEO/MD of any company is not recommended as one can't be that specific within a given timeline and hence, can lead to backlash.
