Dear Manish,
No, neither CS nor CA is hard, what all it takes is proper studies regularly with concentration. Talking about value now since after amendments in act, there are many more opportunities for CS as well. So, we can say both these are equally valued.

Doing three of them together is quite difficult and unnecessary. Instead, combination of any the above two like CA + CS or CS + LLB is recommended. Most people prefer CS + LLB as it gives full scope in company civil and criminal law.

You can pursue CFA, CS or M.Com. LLB is a lucrative option even MBA graduates are rushing to do LLB.
You can also pursue courses such as CFP, CCRA, etc.

Any coaching institutes run by qualified professionals like: (a) CA/CMA
(b) MBA finance from a recognised institutes is good enough to enroll.
Along with, you should review the passing rate of students from respective coaching.

The aspirant have to complete class 12th, and then pursue foundation, intermediate and final CA course for becoming a chartered accountant.
Three stages during chartered accountancy course:
1. Foundation course.
2. Intermediate.
3. Final CA course.
4. Application procedure for CA.
Aspirants seeking to become a chartered accountant should register with the Board of Studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). The registration has to be done 60 days prior to appearing for the exam. Candidates can enroll for CPT after passing the class 10th exam itself.
