There is not much difference as basic knowledge is concerned. As a commerce student:
1. You can work on fundamentals.
2. Do practice regularly.
3. You should solve mock test papers from CA with maximum accuracy.
4. You need to be in touch with your mentor or teacher.
5. You may join any coaching classes.
6. At least, 8 to 9 hours per day of regular study is must.
All the best.

CA offers specialization into financial profiles. Whereas, MBA is more holistic and has scope for great salaries, if it is done from top 20 B-schools. The difficulty level for both is same.
Specialization of MBA:
1. Finance.
2. Marketing.
3. Human resource management.
4. Retail.
5. Supply chain management.
6. International business.
