Dear Utsav,
Yes you can pursue CA after 12th, first you need to register yourself for CPT and then you need to fill examination form of CPT, Exams are held twice in a year in June and December.
Talking about duration standard duration of course is of 4.5Years (CPT+IPCC+Articleship+Final)
Subject to passing out every exam in one go, students complete it well withing time or at times it takes so many years to complete.

CA requires lot of hard work and dedication. If you start another degree, it may become strenuous and impact both your CA and BCom degree. If you can handle both simultaneously then it is a good option.

The choice is all yours because u know your strengths and weakness. Subject doesnt matters, excellence matters. If you love maths and want to pursue a career in education sector go for msc. If you want to move to bussiness world, mba is the cup of tea. Mca should be your choice if u want be handy with software developing, system management, coding, computer programming, machine language dealing. All the best.

It is possible to pursue 2 courses together, however one has to decide which course to pursue as a regular mode of learning and which from distance / correspondence.
Eligibility for B.COM (H)-
10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board of education.
Commerce stream/ Maths subject is however preferable.
No entrance test. Admissions are strictly on merit basis.
