Yes, it is the better option because your B.Com will also get you good job and it is not difficult to clear the foundation and within the college days you can make an attempt to inter level which will get you some experience.

For CA, fees would be more than INR 50,000. If you percentage is good enough than maybe it will be decreased or vice versa.
