CA is more better option then CS.CS has a good scope even and if u are better at theory then numbers then u should opt CS .yes chances of working in abroad depends on experience.they accept Indian certification.

you will be called CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT. You can then will be able to work in big audit companies like kpmg, delloite. also u can do your own CA private practice.

You should visit the website of chartered accountant India for more detail. CS is OK for man also :) You have to registered as a member first.
After intermediate you can register for preliminary stage.
