Dear,
I'll suggest you to go to your interest.like if you're interested in BBA (as you said to go for MBA) or if you're interested in CA/CS you can go for this only as CA/CS are post graduate degrees.
Remember BBA/MBA from a well reputated college and CA/CS particularly both are to be focused seperately.!

Hello Aman. Please decide this on the basis of you interest and caliber. CA involves giving a lot of exams so keep that in mind. If you like reading about finance like economics, accounts, monetary policies, taxes and all these stuff please choose CA. If you are interested in physics concepts, Newton's laws, how things work and how they are made, please go for B.Tech. Both CA and B.Tech from a good college have copious opportunities.

It depends on where you're placed. If you're a ranker and picked up by a top company you'll easily rake anywhere between 15-25 Lakhs p.a.
A Big 4 will give you around 7L since you're not an in-house article. In house articles get paid around 8.5-9 (pre bonus).
Generic accounts and finance profiles of companies hiring from ICAI will give you anywhere between 5-8L p.a
