Hi Vilas CA means chartered accountancy and you may get all information about it at icai.org. You can pursue it with any stream after 12th or graduation(except BFA).Yes CA does need lot of hardwork and determination as the success rate of completing it every year is just 2-3% but ppl hv completed it in the time span of 3 years too.

Both options of CA & CS are good after B Com(Hons). CA has better career options as CA are employed not as auditors but in finance department of Medium and large organisations.
