Hello Dhaval,
I am sorry to inform that CPT will not be considered valid for admission at MIT School of Business. To become eligible for admission you will have to clear either of one of the following entrance exams: CAT 2015, CMAT 2016, MAT (after Sept 2015), etc.
Wish you the best.

IIM Bangalore gives more weightage to past academic performances + work experience and less weightage to CAT marks whereas IIM A&C gives high weightage to CAT marks only. So, you've got high chances with IIM A&C if you score well in CAT and medium chances with IIM Bangalore.
IIM Bangalore Final selection (66 Marks) = CAT (20) + X (15) + XII (10) + UG (15) + Work Experience (6). So, 30% of the weightage given to CAT and 70% weightage given to academics + work experience.

Hi Harsh,
This actually varies from region to region. While Indian CAs have good scope in gulf nations, companies in Canada or USA prefer domestic applicants over Indian CAs and is quite competitive. This is a fact so do not be discouraged. You can think of obtaining additional degrees. Also think about obtaining a CPA for which you must clear some vital examinations.
Please check Immigration Canada website and CPA Canada for related information.
Hope it helps.

Good to read that you still have a hunger for enhancing your skills. Since, you are already Head of Operations, as per my point of view you should try and groom yourself for a COO or CEO role. For this you should try and acquire skills in Finance, People Management, Sales and Marketing. Thus, you can try and pursue relevant courses that will help you gain insight in the said areas. You could also pursue Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering/Operations field. This will also open doors for you to pursue an extended career in academics as a lecturer.
