As Neda has mentioned, there are lot of courses you can look at. People in general have a wrong notion, that an MBA will get them their dream job. The scenario is slowly changing. Your first priority should be to list down your strengths or skill sets. Just to cite an example, if I say my strengths are excellent oral communication and listening skill, discipline, ability to handle pressure, good presence of mind, patience and so on, one area where I can look at making my career, is sales. You have to match your skill sets with the function which requires your skill sets. You have to be brutally honest with yourself. Once you identify the function and decide to make your career, your priority should be to gain exposure to all areas which come under the function or profile. Money will automatically follow. Always remember, that a person is paid for his skill and not his qualification

Not to confuse the two as being similar. Simply because, these courses train individuals for 2 completely different specialisations. Thus the job opportunities that are available are fairly different.
While C.A. trains students in various Chartered Accounting related areas such as financial accounting, auditing, cost accounting, tax and accounting management and various aspects concerning the formation or foundation of a company. C.S. deals with all the aspects that a Company Secretary is involved in. When the idea of the formation of a company is conceived a C.S'. role comes to play. With his emergence he is placed in a unique position vis-a-vis the Board of Directors.

You can select a course which suits you better with your talent and interest. First CA, its considered as a best course to pursue for a better future in finance field. If you are very good at accounts. And ready to hard work then you can go for it. By completing this work you can either work in a company or you can start your own auditing firm as well. Second CS, its basically about various laws and compliance regarding company. It has a good value in corporate sector. And finally many universities offers for financial management courses. To pursue CA, you can take CPT test.Once you clear that, you can start preparing for CA inter exam.
Any University has no objection in doing CA along with graduation course.
In this way you'll save your time and will complete the course in shorter period of time.
