Hi,
In case students forget to fill out the CA Final Exam Form they have to pay a late fee of 600 Rs. The last date to fill CA final examination Form Nov 2022 is 10th Aug 2022
You can register for CA intermediate by paying one time fees of 15k rupees which will be valid for 4 years. But you can appear in exams only after 9 months of study period from date of registration by paying exams fees. Once if you pay exams fees, whether you attended or not it will not be refunded.

St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad
Gujarat University
MG Science Institute
Rai University
Gujarat Arts and Science College
Sabarmati University
So now you can do CA alongside.

CA exam pattern and the course structure is designed for training students in accounting and taxation. The course structure is prepared by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is divided in three levels - Foundation, Intermediate and Final. Candidates have to clear the three levels one by one to be certified as a Chartered Accountant. All the three levels of the ICAI CA course have different exam pattern and difficulty level. You can surely do CA because it doesn't necessarily require to have commerce background. But it is relatively easy for commerce students to understand. to get admission in Bcom you will get admission on merit based.

You have completed IPCC which is a hard part to clear, if you wish to do good in India or canada than will recommend to complete CA. However if you feel interested in doing other thing than you should definitely go for interest.

If you are doing CA then you should pursue B.Com along with CA. It will be less of burden and easy to get both simultaneously.

This is one of the biggest concern of CA students. Many colleges for B.Com provide a low attendance facility to students doing professional simultaneously. But if college is not allowing than you should focus on the main goal and try changing college in next year.

In Karnataka, there is no branch of ICAI in Chamarajanagar. However there is branch at Bengaluru. But all the registration process of CA is now online so there is no requirement to do an offline visit to the branch.
