Solver - Abaqus, Ansys, Optistruct, Nastran, Patran, Radioss etc. A number of commercial codes are available. If I had a chance to go back in time and work on my skillset I would thoroughly learn Hypermesh first, since its the most widely used preprocessor. For solver, I would recommend Abaqus, one of the best and versatile code for design analysis considering the fact that you already have a touch of CATIA and Abaqus also belongs to the same family, Dassault Systems.

8) Architecture
9) Planning and many more. In India maximum people use autocad for drafting 2d drawings, architecture, civil, electrical and mechanical engineering drawings very few uses it for 3D design and renderings. If you are looking for drafting Job in India, then focus on 2d drawings and drafting.
