Both the unvierities are best in their on ways . Both universites are best in certificate . This depends on the students and their interest amd their cutoff. By checking your cutoff you can select your university. International school of design contains 10 courses in certifcate and the eligibility is CBSE 10th, WBBSE, ICSE. Whereas the calcutta university offers 20 courses in certificate and the eligibility is CBSE 10TH, WBBSE, ICSE and the tution fees is 1.5k. Compare to the insd calcutta as the less tution fees. The tution fees for INSD is 55.5k
