Yes, you will be eligible, don't worry. The common M.Sc. Eligibility is a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognised university. Just like M.Sc. in India, the course duration of M.Sc. Abroad is of 2 years, but many colleges also offer a 1 year master degree course in different Masters specializations.

Yes, you can get it, but you have to see how much counseling the last cut-off comes. You can be admitted if first counseling is not named then second counseling is more likely.
