The placements are neither very good, nor very bad. But, you cannot get placement during your studies. Your basics will get cleared after completing the course. One of the major recruiters is TCS.

Sorry, with 44.4% marks, you won't be eligible to apply for M.A in Mass Communication as for this course, you need to have minimum 50% marks in graduation.

The syllabus consists of whatever is covered during graduation. Entrance exam is basically to know one's aptitude and whether there is sufficient knowledge to undertake PG in English. Best wishes

Yes, you can apply for intermediate course but with one condition i.e. you need to have minimum 55% average in all the three years of B.Com i.e. 55% alteast in all the three years.
