Your high school grades are more important than 10th grade. You can apply for the admission. But you have to take SAT and TOEFL exam also.

Hello Harman,
Your grades are not the very best and so is your GRE which is not too high. I would have recommended you to take the GRE. Another advice check universities in Australia or NZ. US or Canada will be too competitive for you. If you have a very impressive statement of purpose you may still get through. Visit the university websites you are interested in and take a look at the average GRE scores of admitted students. You should also email the universities before submitting your application.

Caltech do not offer merit-based scholarships but are need based. International students are automatically considered for scholarships, but you must fill out the financial aid form while submitting your online application.
You must also fill the CSS profile for financial aid. All these details are mentioned on the website. The Preference for need based scholarships are given to domestic students, so academic brilliance is the primary factor.
