Cal State LA has a unit named CSU International Programs Scholarships, under which International students can apply for scholarships provided by the university. Additionally, grants are available on the basis of financial need and do not have to be repaid. Sources of grant funds are available through Federal and State Governments. Grants are awarded to students who demonstrate financial need and are prorated based on enrollment. Cal State LA also offers several loans such as Federal Direct Loans, Private Loans, Dream Loan, Nursing Loans and more in order to aid students financially. However, these loans must be repaid by the students.

California State University is a comprehensive public university located in the heart of Los Angeles, California. Its seven colleges offer more than 60 nationally recognised graduate and undergraduate programs across a wide range of disciplines. Minimum GPA requirements for Non-California residents that are graduates of non-CA high schools is 3.00 GPA.

CSU Sacramento offers conditional admission which is available for students who are academically qualified but have not met the English Language Requirements. The students are given a conditional admission letter and must attend and successfully complete the intensive English classes at the university’s English Language Institute before they begin their academic coursework. The English Language Institute offers five 8-week sessions throughout the year. This programme is designed to help the students to easily complete their degree programmes at the university.
