California State University Fresno offers 72 undergraduate,  49 postgraduate and 3 doctorate programs across a wide areas of subject. International students can apply online through a common application portal for all California State University system called 'The Cal State Apply". International students should check the document required for their course and be ready to submit them in their application form.

Both CSU Fresno and CSU San Bernardino are public and prestiguous universities and part of Calfironia State University system. For international students there are various factors that come into play while planning to study abroad. Upon filling out the application form, international students are required to pay a non-refundable application fees. The application fees for international students at the University of California Riverside is USD 80 per applicant. The application form will not be processed untill the application fee is paid. International students can pay the application fee online thruogh their credit and debit card.

All those students who have completed all of their secondary school in a country where English is not the language of instruction, as well as students who have had less than 3 years of instruction in English, shall need to demonstrate English Proficiency. UCLA University looks for a competitive score above 100 in TOEFL, 7 or above on the IELTS, or a 120 or higher in the Duolingo English Test.

University of California Los Angeles does not consider SAT or ACT scores for admission. All the applications are reviewed holistically on the basis of the criteria approved by the faculty through comprehensive review including grades, curriculum, activities / leadership / involvement etc. Apart from this, it is necessary to have English language proficiency scores of Duolingo / TOEFL / IELTS.
