Hi Shyam,
To get into a good management school in the US, it is advised to have at-least 2-3 years of work experience then take your GMAT test to pursue your management course from the US. Many schools in the US are now accepting GRE test scores as well.

First, you have to register and take admission tests like SAT, ACT TOEFL or IELTS and you have to do really well in these tests, if you are particularly aiming for IVY Leagues.
You have to check the university's website, if they require SAT subject test. You can collect your class 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades and SOPs and LORs. The university will also look at your achievements and extra-curricular and finally you can apply to universities of your choice.

It is hard to say especially for business schools like Stanford or Harvard which are two of the world's most selective universities. Evaluations are done holistically and you must build your profile to fit into these schools. Since the documents are attested and are on school / college letterhead, it is taken as verified document but at any point of time if they find any discrepancies, you can be rejected. So, never submit any fake ones.

Current high school students or gap year students aged 16 to 19 years are eligible to apply. So, you can apply. You must also take the TOEFL before applying. SAT or ACT scores are not a requirement for international students but recommended strongly. Please write to the department for specific information.
