Since California State University San Bernardino is part of the California State University System, therefore, applicants to CSUSB need to complete the system-wide Cal State Apply online application. International students, including graduating seniors from CSU San Bernardino, must apply online at Cal State Apply and pay the USD 70 non-refundable application processing fee by the programme deadline. Also, international students are advised to check the admission deadlines before applying for their courses at Cal State San Bernardino.

CSUSB is part of the prestigiou California State University system. Each year thousands of students from across the country and around the world come to study at various courses in CSUSB. California State University San Bernardino is very popular among international students. In Fall 2021 more tha 19,000+ students enrolled at CSUSB out of which 92% were domestic students with 5% international students.

California State University Fresno offers 72 undergraduate, 49 postgraduate and 3 doctorate programs across a wide areas of subject. International students can apply online through a common application portal for all California State University system called 'The Cal State Apply". Upon filling out the application form, international students are required to pay a non-refundable application fees. The application fees for international students at the University of California Riverside is USD 80 per applicant. The application form will not be processed untill the application fee is paid. International students can pay the application fee online thruogh their credit and debit card.
