To stand out in UC Berkely admissions for Indian student would be a little difficult but not impossible. Mainly because it has a very low acceptnce rate and hence applicants should strictly focus on presenting a postive view of themseleves, beyond just academic achievements. Students should highlight their unique experiences, interests, and perspectives which will help the examiner or the interviewer understand the potential of the applicant. If you believe you are eligible for California State University Los Angeles admission appeal their decision. Appeals must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the date of the denial notification and must include a basis for the appeal and supporting academic records. No, California State University is not free for international students. Students have to pay the application fee of USD 70 (INR 5,800) at the end of the form.
