Oxford and Cambridge are more into intellect so you have demonstrated the same. Study very hard and achieve excellent grades. Also they want students who can contribute to the university and the society so be an all-rounder. Know your talents and pitch in your areas of excellence. From sports to culinary skills whatever may be your talent besides academics, simply demonstrate. Remember to maintain high academic grades throughout.

Completion of 10+2 with very good academic percentage, above 75%, is least expected. You must also take the IELTS and score a minimum overall of 7. Every department has its specific requirement, I will advise you to visit the Cambridge University website thoroughly before applying. You must apply through the UCAS website, the common application portal to apply to UK universities. Here are some links:

There is no set cut-off, as a Cambridge applicant, you are expected to have nothing less than 75% with an excellent foundation in mathematics. You must also take the IELTS, normally, a minimum overall grade of 7.5, usually with 7.0 or above in each element is required for Cambridge. There is no specific rule how you can get into these universities, these are amongst world's best and hence you must be among the best students so that they consider you. Excellent academic grades and extra-curricular activities, an all-rounder profile is required. Take SAT and TOEFL for Harvard admissions. For Cambridge admissions, you must take IELTS. Please visit the university websites and check the admission requirements and prepare accordingly.
