All applicants to this program require a minimum of two years of work experience in a finance-related role, if you worked in an IT firm it should have been in the financial arm. I believe you should email the admissions team and find out if you can apply.

You may check the British council website for scholarship information. You can also check the university websites for university specific financial aid options. All applicants are normally considered for scholarship, but given to only the shortlisted ones basis merit and academic performance.

You must apply through UCAS application portal. For more details, you should first check Cambridge website and decide the course, which you want to study. Your application as mentioned must be submitted through UCAS.

Cambridge is one of the world's top most university. Admissions are done on merit basis and you must be academically strong. Only having an IELTS score will not help much.
