Hello,
Class 11th marks are not considered. Already, you have scored good marks in class 12th. Therefore, just get the good IELTS score and thus plan your admission. Good luck.

You need to apply through OUAC for University of Toronto and Waterloo while UBC has a separate application. IELTS or TOEFL can be taken by December or earlier to make sure your application is complete. Try and complete your applications with all 3 universities before December 1st week in order to meet early applications/financial deadlines.

Hi Ahswinder, please check with the universities directly since the admission requirements and process varies. Some universities may allow you to apply before your 12th results are declared while some will not allow you to do so. If you are planning for 2019 intake you have to apply by this year-end. Normally the application process starts a year ahead so admission deadlines will be around Sept to Dec 2018. Check university websites for university specific information.

Hi Neel Patel,
Yes, they will accept Gujarat State Board results, it is a state education board and recognised by universities abroad. You need not worry on that front since foreign universities outside India are aware of Indian education system. However if they require some additional assessment they will let you know. To get accepted by a Canadian universities and to get a visa you have to meet the admission requirements, have the require percentile, have an IELTS score and have a good profile overall.
