You have the required IELTS score and scored 77%, you will get admission. You may not get the free education because for that, they require 80%. As you have done MCA instead of doing MS in Computer Science, it is better you do some specialisation in the computer field when you do your Master's degree. It will make you more employable.

If you are going for Diploma course, it is okay. If you are going for a degree programme, you should have overall 6.5 and each component minimum 6 band.

Getting admission for business related degree programme is based on what percentage you take in exam. Though have failed once, you will be considered for admission based on what percentage you had obtained. You also need good IELTS score to claim your admission.

Your CGPA and GRE score are both not amazing. You can get admission in the top Colleges only if all other components of your college application - like essays, recommendation letters, SoP, extra curricular etc. , are superb. If not, then you should plan and spend some time on building your profile before applying to the top colleges in US/Canada.

Hi, Fee structure depends on kind of colleges. It varies from 35, 000 USD to 120,000 USD. Living expenses which includes accommodation, travel, personal expenses included might come to 25, 000 USD. Choose accommodation in a way that the costs can be subsidized. As for the eligibility, entrance exam and Bachelors would be the most basic requirement. Of course check about the work experience, cut off from Bachelor studies and English language proficiency and other applicable entrance exam and interviews.

Hi,
Yes, work experience is sufficient for M.Sc. Many universities does not require work experience for M.Sc. programs. Your GMAT score is not a very high one, you can try to retake the GMAT if you feel you can improve, otherwise, apply with these scores. You can check the entry criteria first on websites of universities.
