Why not? If you meet the requirements you can. See that you have good academic grades and take the IELTS or TOEFL. You must contact the college for admissions in MS as your visa will be valid only for four years initially. You can also look for integrated options or pathway programs.

There is no average salary figures anyone can provide you. The reason being that the kind of job you will get after finishing the course will depend on how good or bad you are at your course.
You can check the college's website here to get more information.

Chances are less with 52%. A minimum of 55% is required for colleges under SPP. For non SPP they require higher grades. You must decide what you want to study on your own, weigh your likes and dislikes and decide what to study. Canadian universities are very competitive and applicants must have a good academic record. Your admissions will also be based on your personal statement and letters of reference. Even if some university or college accepts you, visa rejection chance is very high if you apply to Canada. I will also suggest you look for options in Australia and other countries.

Hi Jay, do you mean BS in Computer Science?
Eligibility criteria will vary slightly with the universities. Mostly good academic grades during 10+2 and strong mathematical foundation is required. A grade above 70% to 75% is recommended for the top universities. Additionally you must take IELTS or TOEFL. A good score generally is 6.5 in IELTS or 100 in TOEFL. You must visit the university websites for IELTS or TOEFL requirements. Hope it helped.

As per my concern you are not. Try to retake IELTS and score 6 or above and also try for GRE, that will help you in getting admission in good universities.

GMAT and IELTS are the bases for the admission. In case you try some low ranked university only then GMAT becomes optional. IELTS will still stay. For many programs universities accept gre also. You can try gre in case GMAT seems difficult
