I don't think you can study for free in Australia, whereas in Germany, you can study undergraduate courses for free from public universities I. e Government Universities. Compared to Australia, Tuition fee in Germany is less and the quality of education is excellent.

Why would you want to spend a huge amount of money to go to Canada to pursue just a PG Diploma? If you really want to go for your higher studies to Canada just go for your MS. Why? Firstly, this is a proper Master Degree and not any Diploma, Secondly anywhere around the world Master Degree in a Technical field has a way bigger value than a Diploma. A study abroad consultant will always suggest you go for PG Diploma because most of the colleges are settled up with Indian consultants. Do your research and ping me if you are still in doubts.

Hi Hari Prasad, The main differences are in terms of admission requirements, selectivity and expense. Colleges are comparatively way cheaper than universities and have slightly easier admission rules. For example, for admission to a Master's degree course, the colleges may accept a three-year degree which universities do not accept in contrary. Admission standards are higher in university and it prefers students with more than 70% in most cases but for colleges, it is not the case, though the colleges are also very competitive, you can apply if you have a decent score, but above 55%. Hi,
53% is too low for a non SPP college. Though you can re-apply and you may still have an admission offer, chances of a visa are nil. Check Australian institutes.
