No it is not possible to do Diploma in music after B.Com because Canada laws do not accept B.Com as a full fledged graduation course you have to complete MBA before any of the courses or Diploma.

However I would like to advise you that the admissions in Canadian institutions are not exclusively dependent on academic performance but depends on host of different aspects. Canada has a vast number of jobs available for willing prospects. With the strict US work setting, more and more people are driven to Canada every year due to the opportunities it provides. However, in case of a proper work opportunity, you would still require IELTS as the English Proficiency test. With the recent changes, the score barrier has gone up and certain people find it difficult to achieve the same.
