Everything depends on the potentiality of yours and your ability. By the degree of BBA (IB), surely it can land you in a good corporate world. And, you can able to excel and enhance a lot. Thus, I would simply say 'yes'. You can get a job in a good company.
Everything depends on the Interview, and your knowledge skills.

Since you have one year stayback, I would say that you have a better chance of finding a job. How this actually works is that once you finish your course and apply for a job, they will first look at your Visa. If you have enough months to stay back, you have a better chance of getting the job. Of course, they look into your academics too. As for the second question, yes, once you get a job, your Visa will get extended as the company will provide you with a new Visa. All the best.

Hi Vishal Patel, both the programme are different, Diplomas are UG courses and Post Graduate Diploma are PG level which is why you can't compare them. If you have a Bachelor's degree you should study a PG Diploma, SPP colleges have an additional advantage of a 3-year work permit after graduation. And obviously job prospects are high and PG Diplomas are very much in demand. Doing a UG Diploma will give you basic job and not highly paid.

Hi,
You may contact the universities regarding this. Write to them with your interest to apply and ask for the career assistance they provide. How many graduates are working and where are they located? Doing research or a job is your choice, the university will offer you platform for both.
