Hello,
The most demanding stream is CSE. So, better pursue that course. You can also opt for ECE as it is equally demanded. As for the status of Canada, do some research and find what is more demanded there, what industries they have etc.

You are certainly eligible to apply for Canadian University. You need to have a good aggregate score of above 65 percent. You need to score well on IELTS or TOEFL and GRE or GMAT.

Hello,
You can surely pursue your higher studies in Canada. You need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL exam. And, need to have a good aggregate of over 70 percent in Bachelors. Depending on the selection of the stream of either MS or MBA, you need to appear for GMAT or GRE.

Hello,You need to have 4-5 years of work experience and a good aggregate in the Bachelor's degree to get into good universities in Germany and Canada. Need to give IELTS or TOEFL and GMAT or GRE as required by the university.

Since you have already completed your PG in India, and since you have work experience it is better to apply for companies, which are present there rather than pursuing any courses. If you know any person who is living in Canada it would be easy for you to shift there and he/she could help you out in finding a job there.
