With 32 backlogs, admissions are next to impossible in these countries. Also your CGPA is not too good or competitive. Please consider other countries. UK colleges could be an option, you can also check institutes in Ireland, Poland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy etc.

You must complete your Bachelor degree in related field, min percentage is 55% for colleges. IELTS score is 6 with no modules less than 6. A PG Diploma in computer may be difficult to find, what you will find are applied computing programs. You have to check college websites, besides PG Diploma check Graduate Certificate also. Langara College, Lambton College, Seneca College, Concordia University, Conestoga colleges can be explored.

Admissions for different post graduation courses including PGDM in Institutions or universities abroad or not dependent exclusively on the marks that you have obtained at the graduation level. Of course it plays an important role but its not exclusive. There are many other criteria or nuances which determine the success of your seeking admission into these institutions. Getting a Canadian visa for studying in Canada is not dependent on your scores in different eligibility examinations. However, as a matter of fact, these examinations are indeed important but from the perspective of getting admission in an institution.
