This depends on the colleges, some have deadlines still, but for rest it is too late. You should find time Till Feb, please check college websites at the earliest.

Hi,There is no government college as such. Universities are governed by the provinces or are private but again under. Provincial laws. Different colleges have different entry requirements, what you asked is very generic. Take IELTS because you are an international student. It is the most common. You will require excellent grades in your academics to be accepts by most institutions. Any other exams, will depend on your programme of study and the university.

You can do PGD course from Amity University or Annamalai University, as both are internationally valid and PGD takes 1 year. So, it would be a better option if you go with any university from these two.

Hello Rakesh, It is very nice and good to know that you are interested in doing either M.Tech or MS abroad after completion of the B.Tech in India. M.Tech will keep you updated and in your core area of competency even as you are in employment. On the other hand MS will slightly take you away from this core area. Frankly speaking, both these options are excellent and will provide you with fulfilling your dreams. Best wishes to you.
