The student visa fee for Canada is CAD 150. Canadian Visa applications are available both online and offline. International students can pay the application fees both online (by credit card) or offline (by a demand draft payable at the High Commission of Canada). Applicants need to note that the visa fee mentioned above does not include VAC service charges. Applicants will be required to pay the additional service charges as applicable for your region.

Hello dear,You can retake class 12th exams or pursue other educational programs to strengthen your profile or you may try like this but you know every education policy somewhere has certain requirements which might you know bring your chances down. Yes, you can go to Canada on a Student visa but I would advise to give the exam once again to pull you your chances.I hope this helps if yes then do upvote to let me know!
