Hallo Gaurav
Without a GMAT score, it can be challenging to recommend universities, and you omitted to include your academic standing. Your spending limit is reasonable. I'll advise you to look over these options up until you have a GMAT score, then check the university websites for the admissions requirements. It will help you if you have a target and plan your study time accordingly. You should shortlist universities in this manner. Clinical research refers to a study conducted to assess a potential treatment and its effect on human beings. A Diploma in Clinical Research is usually a one-year course in India, while a Master's degree is usually of two years' duration. It would totally depend on the duration of your Diploma, credibility of the organisation, and purpose of applying with a Diploma. In the USA, a degree course is equivalent to a three-year course, and a master's degree is equivalent to a two-year course. Therefore, a Diploma in clinical research won't be accepted as equivalent to a master's in the USA. In Canada, a Diploma in Clinical Research is equiv

For Masters in Canada, at least 60% to 65% is required to apply for postgraduate studies. The number of backlogs can go up to 10 to 12 backlogs if you are applying for Post Graduate Diploma in Canada. The universities only have authority to grant the degrees. So if you have a higher number of backlogs, for post-graduation, PG Diploma should be the way and not the universities.

You have to get incredibly high grades, or be really good at some sport. Really, you have to be so excellent that the university would want you as a student over all the other paying applicants. Also, the odds are against you if you are not a citizen of the host country, because:
1. You would not be eligible for any government-sponsored scholarships, foreign student fees are very high, so you would need even more money to pay for your schooling, this scholarship would also have to cover residence.

NIOS Certificate is valid, even if you want to continue your further studies in Aboard. And you are having a good IELTS score. As you have completed IELTS exam, start applying for universities by sending your test score along with your Application form. Then the universities will send you an admission letter (which is also called as I20), if your academic profile satisfies university admission requirements. After getting admission letter, you can apply for VISA, by approaching concerned foreign embassy. Yes, most of the Universities will accept certificates from NIOS. But a few Top Most universities will not accept the students, Who ha
