Without a GMAT score, it can be challenging to recommend universities, and you omitted to include your academic standing. Your spending limit is reasonable. I'll advise you to look over these options up until you have a GMAT score, then check the university websites for the admissions requirements. 1. You would not be eligible for any government-sponsored scholarships, foreign student fees are very high, so you would need even more money to pay for your schooling, this scholarship would also have to cover residence.
