Hi,
Your writing IELTS score isn't good so there's no chance of you getting admission, as you need at least 6 bands in each component and minimum 6.5 overall. Retake the exam then there's a chance.

Yes, you need to provide them your IELTS scores and tuition fee if they had requested that in the offer letter. I suggest you go for any good consultancy they will help you with that and remember, there are so many fraud agencies so be aware of them.

Study visa is provided by the embassy only after you have completed to due process of securing admission with the university or college. IELTS score is required in the band of 6 or above. In most cases, the college would assist you with the process.

Yes, it matters a lot in the visa case, you have to clearly mention in the application form and this will really matters a lot but if your academics record are fine then they might accept for the same but study visa is really hard to get.

As far as my knowledge goes, there are no credit transfers for the pharmacy studies in Canada. I would suggest you to complete your undergraduate studies and then apply for the Masters studies in Canada.
