if you are opting for Bachelors degree then minimum overall band requirement is 6 but also note that there has been change in IELTS exam pattern now you have to score minimum 6 bands in all sections.
However, if you are opting for Master's, the overall minimum band requirement is 7 with minimum 6 bands in all sections
I would rather advice you to take your exam again.
All the best dear.

Some universities may allow you to apply during your final year and admissions will depend on your final year results and other condition, but most universities will want your final year marks. It is the best you check with the universities directly first. Email them.

You have to know what is best for you and decide accordingly. No course comes with a visa guarantee. If the course you choose matches your profile and career plans and if you can explain this to the universities and visa officer clearly there is no reason why they won't give you a visa. To apply for project management you have to show relevant knowledge , interests and project works. Your SOP and LOR will also be very important.

It is difficult to say. You must be accepted by a college firstly and this will depend on what you want to study, which college you are applying and so on. Visa predictions cannot be given by mere seeing the marks. Your overall application package, desired program of study, career plans and relevancy, etc. will have a major role to play in your visa success rate.
