In 2024, Cardiff University ranks at #154 position in the QS World University Rankings 2024. Whereas, according to THE World University Rankings, the university is placed at #190 position. Keeping in mind both the rankings, it can be said that Cardiff University lies among the Top 200 Universities in the world. In the QS rankings, there is an improvement by 12 places in 2024 rank as it was placed at #166 position in 2023 and in 2024, it ranks at #154 position.
