After 12th with PCM, if you don't want to do engineering, the following are some of the options available you:
Architecture
Pharmacy
LLB
BBA
BCA
B.Sc (PCM)
Hotel management
B.Sc (statistics)
NDA
TES
B.Sc (Industrial chemistry)

In order to pursue Journalism in India, you can opt for a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
