Hi. I agree with logic is valid in India also. With MBA you get better career prospects (Financially). But if you have orientation for helping the community and development sector you can go with MSW. You can get anywhere between 3035 K pm as starting salary if got MSW from premier institute and it can go upto 11.2 Lacs+ in 78 years. Crossing 1.25 Lacs pm is big barrier in 78 years while in case of MBA is quite easy in 34 years only. Plus, if you do MBA with HR or option also available with Rural Marketing/Rural Management and other social sectors specializations you can pursue your passion in Rural Development and CSR sector easily. But again, salary can be compared as: You will not get salary as lucrative as some of your corporate friends. Definitely you will also not in bottom 60% of pay pyramid. Getting job and early growth is easy in CSR and NGOs, but at higher level there is difficulty to cross certain barriers as there are lot less opportunities at top compared to corporate world. But you get lot more satisfying and meaningful job. You get peace of mind and contentedness of doing something good. Choice is yours! Good Luck!

 Diploma in Logistics and Aviation Management is not available at ILAM. However the Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Diploma in Aviation, Travel & Tourism Management program are available here. The eligibility criteria of the same is given below. Eligibility criteria : All Graduates with min 50% are eligible to enroll for this program. Course duration : 6 Months (Online and Offline) Admission Procedure : Candidates need to fill the application form to appear for online test. The admission process is fairly detailed & followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by ILAM. Admission procedure : The students need to first fill the Query Form visiting the College / University website for the course which they would like to apply for. Counselling : Once the application has been received & reviewed. The counselling session of a student would take place. The aim of our admission counselors is to provide a helping hand to the students so that they can choose the right career path along with clearing their queries. Application Form : After the counselling session is completed, the students then proceed with the application form. Our Admission procedure starts in the month of April through till August.
