Hi Syed,
In order to be eligible for the CAT Exam, the candidate has to pass at least their Bachelors degree with at least 50% (for General Category and for candidates from the NC-OBC caste). For SC/ST and Differently Able (DA) candidates, the percentage required is 45%.

You should apply to IIMs, Fore, BIM, NIT, IIT, etc. You have a very good record and you can grab a tier 1 IIM also.

It would be very difficult for you to get IIT, as these many marks are not sufficient for IITs.

Hello,
Try to score over 99.6%ile in order to stand a reasonable chance.
Your classv10th and class 12th academics seem fine and graduation academics do not get any weight age.

Eligibility of MBA biotechnology:
A person who is a graduate in the field of medicine or engineering is eligible for this course. Although, a person with some work experience (at least 24 months) with research in this field are always more preferable. Good luck.

Yes, you have good chances of getting shortlisted into an IIM provided you score really well in the CAT. A score of 99 percentile and above is considered good enough to get an interview call. Good luck.

Hello,
Yes, anyone who has scored at least 50% marks in graduation is eligible to give the CAT. And the cutoff for an engineer in IIM-K could be at 99+ percentile. All the best.
