You should try to connect different topics and then work to simplify the connections using lateral thinking and common sense. You can refer the material to get an idea of the understanding required. Among the exams mentioned, CAT and XAT are comparatively tougher but many prominent B-schools across India accept their scores. With thorough and diligent preparation, both of them can be cracked. Give CMAT too since it is a bit easier than both CAT and XAT. There are not a lot of top-ranked colleges accepting MAT scores nowadays, so keep it only as a backup. Focus more on CAT/XAT and CMAT.
