1. You should take a mock test and identify your weak areas.
2. Learning and practice the concepts.
3. Solving questions and papers.
4. Evaluation and improving.
For solving problems, you can buy some books by Tata McGraw Hill, Arihant for CAT and Kaplan, GMAT Review for GMAT.

You can go for TIME, Career Launcher, IMS or Byju's.

Target for 99 percentile. Getting 100 percentile is like hitting the bull's eye and very few people get that score every year.

CAT and other competitive exams like XAT, SNAP, MAT, CMAT, etc. are tough to crack. You can start preparing from 3rd year. You can join any coaching center like TIME, Career Launcher or IMS. You can take online courses that provide online resources and online mock exam. These training course also teaches you, how to prepare for GD and interview, if you clear the written exam.

The tuition fee for CAT is around 30-35k. As per my opinion you should join the TIME coaching for CAT. It is best for you and they also provide materials for the same.

TIME is a good institute to prepare for CAT and Bangalore will provide you good exposure.

The first priority should be Jaipur then Hyderabad followed by Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, etc. You should prefer to take coaching in Jaipur apart from that TIME, Career Launcher and IMS are the best options for the CAT coaching.
